چکیده
Spatial planning is defined as the change of the distribution of activities in space and the change of the links between them by converting forms of land use and property. Systematic spatial planning is the most advanced level in a hierarchy from data and going to information and knowledge, collected on each level of territorial holarchy. Systematization is achieved by data converting into higher forms through statistics, analysis, modeling, simulation, systems analysis and decision support systems. Application of Spatial optimization through systematic planning, focuses on the selection of reserves for optimal space planning. It will expand the use of these techniques through systematic spatial planning for more integrated land management objectives. Systematic planning activities (long-term strategy), to solve problems (short-term projects), development and management requires more research and management. Thus, we can conclude that spatial planning is the science that integrates four concepts: territorial planning (economic component), urban (social component), environmental protection and cultural models. Based on these findings, the main method of spatial planning to review all these concepts integrative method is SketchMatch. This method implies that in a span of one day (minimum) to a maximum of three days, a group of stakeholders, eg citizens, policy makers makers, farmers) meet to analyze, define and find solutions to a problem of spatial planning. Methods of systematic spatial planning have been applied successfully in the frame of project " Cat’s bendSpace for the river", developed in partnership with the Dutch Government Department of Water Management and Planning 2008-2009.

Tabriz Intra-urban Spatial Disparities
To achieve sustainable urban development and values from social justice; it is essential that all citizens enjoy resources, facilities and life opportunities equally. Due to lack of a stable or systematic approach of measuring urban problems, disparity in environmental conditions or access to social and physical infrastructures is more obvious, especially in the cities of developing countries. ...
متن کاملTheoretical review and Planning process of the Relation between Environment, Spatial Justice and Urban Governance
The concept of spatial justice has been widely employed in the recent literature that attempts to deal with concepts and practices of justice from a geographical perspective. However, the concept of spatial justice needs to be recast. Spatial justice could be the most radical offspring of law’s ‘spatial turn’. Spatial justice is arguably the most promising platform on which to redefine, not o...
متن کاملSurveying the Spatial Justice and planning theories with emphasis on Iran’s conditions
Segregation has been widely discussed by social scientists and especially by urban geographers and planners over the past decades. However, regardless of their focus, most of these studies view segregation as an obvious case of spatial injustice. I argue that this implicit relationship between segregation, (in) justice, and space needs to be reexamined. This paper approaches this task by review...
متن کاملTRANSPORT ROUTE PLANNING MODELS BASED ON FUZZY APPROACH
Transport route planning is one of the most important and frequent activities in supply chain management. The design of information systems for route planning in real contexts faces two relevant challenges: the complexity of the planning and the lack of complete and precise information. The purpose of this paper is to nd methods for the development of transport route planning in uncertainty dec...
